How come the guy next to you doesn't have his gloves on? Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. They don't call it a "uniform" for nothing.
the guy on the end could also be wearing no gloves but you can't tell because his hands are behind his back, whereas everyone else has their arms to their sides.
