Looks like somebody crashed a minivan into a Mini Cooper and came out with the worst aspects of both. And then they threw in the driving characteristics of a top-heavy Dodge Neon on top of it.
If I'm not mistaken, it's built on the frame of a Neon. If it walks like a duck...
